  • No problem! We recommend measuring both feet and providing the measurements for the larger foot. Our shoes are designed to accommodate such variations.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Once your order is placed, most orders will require up to two weeks for our artisans to handcraft your shoes with care and precision. Once production is complete, it will take 5-7 business days to receive your order. 

5. Can I customize the color of the shoes?

  • Currently, we offer a range of versatile suede colors to choose from. Reach out to us for any specific customization requests. Leather options are also available. 

6. What if the shoes don't fit as expected?

  • Please give the shoes time to break in. Wear a thick pair of socks, and wear the shoes for 8 hours. The more they are worn, the better the fit will become. After break-in process is complete, optimal fit will be achieved. 

7. How do I care for my suede shoes?

  • Use a suede brush to remove dirt and maintain the texture. Avoid water and protect against stains with a suede spray.

8. Are your shoes suitable for wide feet?

  • Our shoes are designed for comfort. If you have wide feet, consider rounding up your measurements to the next whole or half centimeter or contacting our team for guidance.
